Returns Policy

We’re a small community-led store offering limited-run, pre-order products to support Bernese Mountain Dog lovers across the Northern Beaches and beyond. As such, all our products are made to order and we do not offer change-of-mind returns. However, we’re committed to doing the right thing and complying with all Australian Consumer Law obligations.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll happily offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. Please contact us here within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the fault or damage

Incorrect Sizing

Because our products are made to order, we ask that you double-check the size guide before placing your order. If you receive the size you ordered but it doesn’t fit, we’re unfortunately unable to offer exchanges or refunds. However, if we sent the wrong size in error, we’ll fix it promptly.

Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your item enters production and we’re unable to make changes.
